After enrolling, students will begin internships at their desired companies at an early stage. By observing, experiencing, and learning firsthand what kind of work is being done in the field, students can connect their studies with real-world practice. Additionally, this experience helps to increase their motivation to work and clarify their career goals.

At SOLA Academy, from the first year, all departments provide training to prepare students for job exams and interviews. This includes group interviews, phone etiquette, and presentation skills, all conducted in real-life scenarios. Regular training is incorporated to ensure that every student is always fully prepared to face recruitment exams with confidence.

Joint Job Consultation Fair

At SOLA Academy, we regularly host joint job consultation fairs, inviting companies from both within and outside the prefecture. These events provide students with a direct opportunity to hear firsthand feedback from industry professionals, making them an excellent chance to boost motivation for job hunting and facilitate matching with potential employers.

During the period leading up to the national examination, we conduct mock examinations in school, prepare evaluation reports, and work with students on a path toward passing the national examination. In addition, we offer after-school classes in small groups upon request. We support students to overcome their weak areas.

Fully-equipped medical facilities

In order to be directly involved in the treatment of patients, students learn in class using medical equipment that was actually used in the field so that they can respond to various practical training and employment opportunities.

Courses Targeted at National Qualifications

In a well-developed practical training environment, students receive guidance from instructors with experience working in the medical field and specialists in various technical fields.
Students learn the knowledge and skills to work as clinical engineering technicians in three years by integrating the “medical knowledge” and “engineering knowledge” acquired through basic education, understanding the living body from an engineering concept, and aiming to pass the national examination in March of the third year.

In the third year, students are thoroughly prepared for the national examinations.

Practical skills instruction

Students learn a variety of treatment methods, from manual therapy to treatment using the latest equipment. Students are paired as practitioners and patients to enhance each other's skills.

Judo

Through judo, which is also the origin of judo therapists, students learn about the structure and movements of the human body. Beginners as well as female students work hard together with the instructors.

Courses Targeted at National Qualifications

In order to pass the national examinations, we aim to have 100% of our students pass the examinations through preparatory and supplementary classes. In order for students to be able to work immediately after graduation, we also provide off-campus training such as clinical practice at the affiliated osteopathic clinic, training practice in the training room, and anatomy practice at the university's medical school. Students will enjoy a fulfilling three-year student life with the latest facilities and experienced instructors

Our school instructors or public relations representatives can visit your school to give lectures on topics such as 'Industry Overview' and 'Employment Opportunities.' Additionally, we can arrange off-site information sessions at local public facilities. We welcome inquiries from those outside Okinawa as well, so please feel free to contact us.

Open Campus for Teachers

We are also accepting school visits for homeroom teachers or career guidance counselors at any time. Our school offers visits on a class or grade level basis. During these visits, we provide opportunities for 'career experience' using our practical training rooms, as well as school information sessions.
